About ordering products

Please be sure to check the “product content”, “quantity”, and “amount” of your order.

Please check your address and shipping address.

If you want to specify the delivery date and time, please enter them in the remarks column. (Morning / 12:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 16:00 / 16:00 to 18:00 / 18:00 to 21:00)

About shipping

After completing your order (after confirming payment in the case of bank transfer), in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you order a custom-made item, it will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives. (We will inform you about the delivery date by e-mail separately) * Since we will deliver by an order number, we will ship together according to the item with the latest delivery date. Please be careful in advance. * If orders are concentrated, it may take more days than usual.

About defective products

We make every effort to control the quality of the purchased products and deliver them, but in the unlikely event that a defective product is delivered, we will replace the product. Please contact us within 8 days after the item arrives. * Returns cannot be accepted after the deadline. Please be sure to contact us by e-mail in advance before returning.

・ We will get back to you with information on how to return defective products. If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not be able to determine that the product has been returned as a defective product, so we will not be able to receive the returned product and the returned product will be returned to the customer.

・ Please be sure to contact us by e-mail in advance as you will be responsible for the shipping fee if you bring it back.

・ In principle, we will exchange defective products for non-defective products, but in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock, we will refund the product price. * Refunds are not available unless the product is out of stock.

About cancellation

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes after your order has been completed. Please check carefully before ordering.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

・ If the product is returned by arrears other than incorrect or defective products ⇒Since we will not receive it even if it arrives at our company, the returned item will be returned to the customer. Customers are responsible for all costs including shipping charges if they are brought back.

・ Returns due to customer’s convenience (image difference, size mismatch, color difference due to difference in monitor expression, etc.) and return of sale products (excluding defective products)

・ For custom-made products, bespoke products, and custom-made products. * The products on the left cannot be resized, so please check the size details before ordering.

・ Some of the set products, pre-sale products, reserved products, and gifts from our shop

・ If more than 9 days have passed since delivery

・ If it has been used or processed once (including when it has been washed/cleaned even if it has not been used)

・ If the customer causes stains or damage (also applicable when arrival, stains, or wetness is confirmed)

・ When the tag is removed or the outer box is opened

・ When there are no product accessories or accessories

・ Other products with the non-returnable indication

Regarding returns for customer convenience

We are very reluctant to return goods due to customer’s convenience such as “rejection of receipt”, “cancellation after shipping”, “long absence”, but the actual shipping cost for round trip and the actual shipping cost if the payment method is cash on delivery. In addition, we will charge a cash-on-delivery fee of $3 (tax included). Please note that you will be responsible for any fees and charges when making a deposit. In addition, in the case of refunding the product price from our shop due to the customer’s return, in addition to the above shipping fee and cash on the delivery fee, we will refund the amount obtained by deducting the transfer fee from the product price.
